As a manufacturer, JOKARI operates a three-tier distribution system. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. They will be happy to assist you.

The cable isn’t in the cable database – how do I find the right wire stripping tool?

If you are looking for the right stripping tool for your specific cable processing challenge, please contact us. Please provide us with the exact cable designation or, even better, send us a data sheet. This way, we can respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Can I buy directly from JOKARI?

The distribution of our wire stripping products is based on a three-tier system, with no direct sales. Clicking "Buy Now" on the product detail pages will take you to our shopfinder. There you will be redirected to retailers who have the desired product in stock. We would also be happy to provide you with the names of retailers in your country. Please contact us using our contact form. 

Where can I get replacement parts for my JOKARI wire stripping tool?

Many JOKARI cable cutters and strippers can be replaced with wear parts such as blades, which are available here as spare parts. (Verlinkung "Alle Produkte" mit vorausgewähltem Filter Zubehör). In addition, 3D data for some replacement parts is available on the product pages, which you can 3D print.

Can the blades on the cable strippers be replaced?

The blades on our strippers are glued, making it impossible to replace them. Removing the blades would leave adhesive residue, which would impair the precision and process reliability of new blades during stripping.
