Accessibility Statement
As of: September 9, 2025
JOKARI strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance levels A and AA. This declaration is based on tests conducted by our digital agency schalk&friends using automated tools, as well as manual tests (e.g., keyboard operation and screen readers).
Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the JOKARI website at the domain jokari.de.
Conformance Status
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 at levels A and AA. Individual areas are not yet fully accessible. We are continuously working to reduce existing barriers.
Non-Accessible Content
The following points are currently fully or partially non-accessible. We plan to address these issues according to the action plan.
WCAG 2.4.3 Focus Order (A)
For mobile devices, the focus order corresponds to the logical order. However, due to a different layout/order on desktop, the tab order in the header area is inconsistent and does not always correspond to the visual representation.
WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (AA)
The article number and the "RRP gross incl. VAT" indication have an insufficient contrast ratio. The underlying design pattern also appears in other places.
Note: Embedded third-party content may not be fully accessible in individual cases, as it is not created or maintained by JOKARI. Upon request, we will provide accessible alternatives where possible.
Disproportionate Burden
Embedded third-party content and services (e.g., integrations of external platforms or consent management solutions) cannot always be fully accessible, as they are not created or maintained by the website operator.
