General Product Safety Regulation

The new General Product Safety Regulation 2023/988 (GPSR) is intended to ensure that only safe products continue to be placed on the market in the EU. Due to increasing digitization and the increasing sales of products via online trade, additional requirements have been included in the new Regulation 2023/988 compared to Directive 2001/95/EC.
